15-Minute Workouts You Can Do Between Pull Requests

Fifteen minutes is enough for real strength work if you skip the warmup theater and pick the right movements.
The template
Two compound movements, one accessory, done as a superset. Three rounds, minimal rest. That's the whole workout — you're aiming for stimulus, not exhaustion.
Save the mobility work and finishers for later in the day. The 15-minute window is for the lifts that matter.
Three sample sessions
Push: dumbbell bench press, standing overhead press, dips or push-ups. Pull: pull-ups (or lat pulldown), single-arm row, face pulls. Legs: goblet squats, Romanian deadlifts, calf raises.
Adjust weight so the last rep of each set is honest. Fifteen minutes only works if the intensity is real.

How to fit it into a workweek
Three sessions per week is plenty. Alternate push/pull/legs and you cover the whole body without ever training for more than 45 minutes total per week.
